New and returning members have the same requirements for joining. Please see the three steps below.

Step 1 - Information
Decide which membership level is right for you. Then select the appropriate button below to start submitting your membership information online.
Step 2 - Waivers
Each member is required to submit two mandatory forms. We are looking into online signing, but in the meantime, please download, complete, and resubmit the following two forms.
You may mail the completed forms or email a scanned copy to MountainCreekSwimClub@gmail.com.
Step 3 - Payment
We accept payments by cash, check, and Paypal.* If you pay by PayPal, please put your name in the notes portion of the payment.
Mail or drop off cash or check payments to MCSC - Membership, 2092 Mountain Creek Ct, Stone Mountain, GA 30087. We appreciate it when members give us a heads-up by email to let us know to be on the lookout for these payments.
*Please note processing fees are added to each transaction, changing the total amount due.
